How it works
Using Thinventory® Mobile each parcel is scanned as it’s collected from the ByBox locker.
Verify automatically updates the system in real-time to give full traceability of the part. This includes collected and uncollected
SKUs, changes to the original order, etc.
When items are returned a condition can be selected as well as the serial number and / or customer reference all of which speeds up the returns process.
Combined with the field user details, time and date stamps, chain
of custody and compliance can be ensured.
