A locker based solution supported by overnight deliveries with a reliable 8am service meant that engineers benefited from an earlier start time, minimised wait time and reduced drive time.

It also reduced the need for engineers to be close to the depot, enabling more national recruitment with engineers closer to their customers. The result, an improved SLA performance.
