A note from our Chief Executive Officer

At Thinventory, we are fully committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our operations and supply chains.

We take our responsibilities under the Modern Slavery Act seriously and are working proactively to identify, address, and mitigate any risks of exploitation, whether within our own organisation or through the partners we work with globally.

Our Business, Structure and Operations

Thinventory Holdings Limited is the parent company of the Thinventory trading group (“the Group”).

Our business provides real-time, end-to-end inventory visibility and control for field service operations, ensuring timely and secure delivery of parts at the point of service.

The Group employs over 450 people and operates in 21 countries, primarily across Europe and North America. The Group’s revenue from continued operations for the 2024 financial year was £97.6m.

Our Supply Chains

Together with our trusted partners, our supply chain includes:

  • Manufacturers of secure location infrastructure (e.g. lockers and components)
  • Site host providers
  • Third-party logistics and courier companies
  • IT and technology service partners

Our Commitment and Policies

We are committed to acting ethically, with integrity and transparency in all business dealings and to putting effective systems and controls in place to safeguard against any form of modern slavery.

Key policies supporting our approach include:

  • Whistleblowing Policy (“Speak Up”)
  • Supplier Code of Conduct
  • Recruitment Policy

Due Diligence and Risk Management

We continue to enhance our due diligence processes to assess and mitigate risks. This includes:

  • Carrying out onboarding checks for all new suppliers, including completion of a Supplier Compliance Questionnaire, confirming compliance with the Modern Slavery Act.
  • Ongoing engagement and periodic reviews of high-risk suppliers.
  • Requiring suppliers to comply with all applicable laws including the Modern Slavery Act 2015, Bribery Act 2010, and Equality Act 2010.

Our minimum supplier standards include:

  • Ethical business practices.
  • Respect for human rights and equality.
  • Compliance with relevant employment laws.
  • No tolerance for forced, bonded, or involuntary labour.

Recruitment and Employment Practices

We ensure robust checks are in place to prevent forced or illegal working practices:

  • Verification of identity and right to work
  • Reference and background checks
  • Use of only vetted recruitment agencies from our Preferred Supplier List

All recruitment agencies undergo due diligence checks before engagement.

Training and Awareness

To support understanding of modern slavery risks, we provide awareness training to key employees across the business, particularly those in procurement, operations, and Human Resources.

We also ask our suppliers and partners to train their colleagues on modern slavery risks and responsibilities.

Monitoring and Reporting

We continue to monitor and assess our approach through:

  • Risk assessments of our supply chain
  • Annual review of policies and procedures
  • Ensuring protection for whistleblowers and promoting transparent reporting channels

Approval and Review

This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of Thinventory Holdings Limited and will be reviewed and updated annually to reflect changes in our operations or risk profile.
