Thinventory is committed to protecting your privacy. Data Protection Legislation* governs the handling of all personal data by Thinventory. Thinventory is entirely committed to complying with Data Protection Legislation in order to protect the personal privacy of all individuals whose data we hold. This privacy policy explains what personal data Thinventory collects from you, through our interactions with you and through our products, and how we use, disclose and store that data.

How we collect personal information
In the course of providing our services, our business users and partners may supply us with personal data relating to their employees, contractors, or other authorised users.

- Our customer/partner is the data controller, and
- Thinventory Holdings Limited is the data processor acting on their behalf.
We process such data solely to provide our services as instructed by the data controller, and only for the purposes outlined in our contract with them. We do not use this data for our own purposes (such as marketing).
We necessarily obtain some usage data by recording how users interact with us, by, for example, using technologies like cookies, and receiving error reports or usage data from software running on your device.

How We Use Personal Data

- Where it is necessary for our legitimate business interests and your interests and fundamental rights do not override these interests
- Notifying prospective customers and partners (who have opted in to receive such information) of information relating to our products and services

Personal data collected by us will be evaluated periodically to determine whether we should continue to hold it, where you are a customer or partner we will either delete or return data (as agreed) when we (or you, in the case of partners) cease to provide services.

We may share your personal data with the relevant personnel within Thinventory to deal with your enquiry. We also share data with our subsidiaries.

Marketing
We strive to provide you with choices regarding certain personal data uses, particularly around marketing and advertising.
You may receive marketing communications from us if you have requested information from us by completing our information request form or purchased products from us or if you have opted in via a Marketing Campaign (e.g. provided us with your details when you entered a competition or registered for a promotion). You can unsubscribe from our marketing communications at any time.
When you have opted in to marketing, we may use your identity, contact details, technical, usage and profile data to form a view on what we think you may want or need, or what may be of interest to you. This is how we decide which products, services and offers may be relevant for you (we call this marketing).

In the event that we decide to change our privacy policy we will post such changes on the website and on relevant documents in order that you are always aware of the information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.

How to access and control your personal data
For personal information we hold, we will provide you with access (including a copy) for any purpose, including to request that we correct the data if it is inaccurate or delete the data if Thinventory is not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may decline to process requests that are frivolous/vexatious, are extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by law (if this is the case we will notify you and inform you that we are refusing your request and the reason(s) why).

Right to lodge a complaint
Thinventory tries to meet the highest standards when collecting and using personal information. For this reason, we take any complaints we receive about this very seriously.
