We are constantly on the lookout for new site hosts. As a hosting partner, you can expect regular rental income from Thinventory along with increased footfall from visitors.

Summary

Thinventory has more than 45,000 smart lockers across 1,500 locations throughout the UK that enable businesses and their field staff to securely collect and return equipment and parts from places of maximum convenience near their points of service.

Thinventory strategically locates lockers in areas that are convenient for engineers and delivers crucial spare parts into them. This means engineers and technicians spend less time picking up parts and more time helping customers.

We’re expanding our network to meet customer demand and are always happy to hear from site owners interested in hosting our lockers.

It is a great opportunity to generate recurring revenue from space that would otherwise be unused.

What we offer

Locker installation is simple and non-disruptive. A surveyor will be sent to your site or sites in advance of any installation to verify suitability.

Once installed, our smart lockers will generate recurring revenue for you from space that would otherwise be unused. Site hosts get paid quarterly via BACS or bank transfer. Our dedicated support team will be able to help you with any locker issues.

Site hosts can benefit from increased foot traffic, helping to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

What we look for

We are looking for site owners that have a location or multiple locations with unused site space (approximately six meters) that could host our lockers.

Our preference is for highly convenient sites that are well-connected to the road network and easy to access. Space to accommodate car parking with close proximity to our lockers is essential.

Our existing site hosts include supermarkets, retailers, storage companies, petrol and electric forecourts, hotels and sports and leisure facilities to name a few.

Our lockers are installed externally to buildings, utilising otherwise empty space, and do not require connection to mains power, making installation and ongoing maintenance simple to manage. The lockers do not need planning permission.
