Thinventory is taking steps to support the well-being of its employees by opening a multi-faith and reflection room at its Coventry distribution centre.
This dedicated space, created by colleagues at Thinventory’s Red Lane site, is designed for prayer, quiet reflection, or simply as a retreat for anyone needing a moment of calm during the workday. Whether it’s for personal reflection, religious observance, or mental well-being, the room is open to all employees.
The multi-faith and reflection room was transformed by colleagues at Thinventory’s Coventry site on Red Lane and is now a dedicated space that can be used for prayer, quiet reflection, or as a calm retreat to support colleagues’ mental health.
Phillip Parker, Head of Human Resources: “A huge thank you to everyone who worked hard to create the dedicated multi-faith and reflection room.
“The space reflects our commitment to creating an inclusive workforce who feel valued and supported. We hope that all colleagues can make use of the room, enjoying the peace during busy periods in the working day.”
“We’re exploring how we can add multi-faith rooms at the rest of our sites and look forward to opening more spaces later in the year.”
