A “data subject” is the individual person whom the personal data is about. In most cases, this means you if you are asking about your own information. If you are making a request for someone else, the data subject is that other person. Personal data includes information that identifies, or could reasonably identify, that person, such as their name, contact details, account information, employment information, location data, or service usage records.

Please use this form to ask to see the personal data we hold about you, or to exercise another of your data protection rights under UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025. You do not have to use this form. Any clear request will be actioned but it helps us respond quickly and carry out reasonable and proportionate searches.
