makes it easy to return items from the field, via the ByBox network.

Paired with the standard Black Stripe® label this service includes
specific return addresses that are embedded in the original label.
Black Stripe® return label:
Provides two labels for each shipment, a delivery and a return
label that’s included in the package and can be added to any new
packaging for the return.
Depending on when the returned part is scanned into a locker, it
takes approximately 48 hours for the part to be delivered to the
selected returns location.

How it works
The part for return is placed in the packaging the replacement
was sent in (including the delivery label).
The Black Stripe® label is added to the top of the original delivery
label. This designates it as a return, whilst retaining the original
consignment information.
The return package will be delivered to the selected returns address.
