Do I need to change ByBox as a vendor in my system?

Not immediately. We will be changing our official name on Companies House in the New Year and will share further communication on that in due course.

Will anything be changing for my engineers?

Aside from the new logo, no. Your engineers can carry on using their service as normal.

Will your email addresses change?

Yes, our emails will now be coming from @Thinventory.com. However, we will still receive any emails sent to our old address.

Do I need to change my instructions for new users (downloading apps)?

Instructions should remain the same, however, the app thumbnail will change. For Konnect customers the app will be renamed to Thinventory Konnect.

Will I need to go to a new webpage to login?

You will be redirected from the old login page to the new one.

Are FTPs / APIs / Middleware going to be affected by changes in domain name, and when?

Everything will still work on the ByBox domain so customers will not be impacted. We will be changing this in due course and will release further communication closer to the time.
