But what about getting stock back? Items taken off site are just as important as the ones sent out. They often need to be returned back to ‘good stock’ for future use or rerouted; either to a repairer to be fixed or manufacturer for a warranty claim. All the time a return part is not at it’s final destination is time when it could be used to help customers or recoup cost, yet many businesses suffer from extended returns processes.

How it works

The engineer returns the part at their locker and marks its condition.

The part is automatically routed to it’s destination based on the condition. If ‘good’ this be back to stock ready to be used again and if ‘bad’ this could be to repair or manufacture for a warranty claim.

The part goes directly to the end destination. It never enters temporary storage or gets trapped in a lengthy return repair loop.
